With the theme Repair, Reuse, Revitalise, the 12th Scottish Empty Homes Conference will be held on Wednesday 1 March 2023 at The Engine Shed, Stirling.

Homes are more than just bricks and mortar; they are part of the fabric of communities. Empty homes have a negative impact on the lives of people who live in the communities they are part of. This conference will discuss how the repair and reuse of empty homes is helping to revitalise communities and local economies, as well as offering a cost-effective approach to delivering environmental sustainability goals.

The Scottish Empty Homes Partnership works with its network to address the country's 43,000+ long term empty homes, and our annual conferences have been a place where practitioners come together to share knowledge on tackling empty homes.

The conference will be held in-person with plenty of opportunities for engagement and interaction, and this year we are bringing in a professional AV company to provide a quality live-stream experience for those who wish to participate online.

We will be announcing the programme of speakers over the coming weeks, so stay tuned to find out more about what is in store.

Early bird tickets for both in-person and digital participants are now on sale via Eventbrite and are available until Friday 6 January 2023.

Participants who require payment by invoice can order their tickets on Eventbrite and select Invoice in the payment section. A member of the team will then contact you to follow this up.

We are delighted to announce that our gold sponsor is Finders International, with the silver sponsor Auction House Scotland. We are grateful for their support and look forward to their involvement in the conference..

The Finders International 12th Scottish Empty Homes Awards Ceremony will also take place during the conference to recognise the hard work and achievements of those involved in transforming empty homes over the past year.
