We aim to help owners, neighbours, community groups and investors bring private empty homes back to use. We are also here help people tackle the problems of living next door to an empty home.

We do this by providing free and impartial advice on all empty homes related issues including:-

·       Useful resources (funding, reduced rate VAT)

·       Council Tax and empty homes

·       Dealing with disrepair and blight caused by empty homes
