With the theme From Empty Spaces to Thriving Places, the Scottish Empty Homes Conference returns on Tuesday 22 March 2022 at the COSLA Conference Centre, 19 Haymarket Yards, Edinburgh. Get your tickets here.

Thriving places are at the heart of realising the full potential of communities. They are also key to boosting local economies and helping to tackle poverty.

The Scottish Empty Homes Partnership works with its network to address the country's 43,000+ long term empty homes, and our annual conferences have been a place where practitioners come together to share knowledge on tackling empty homes.

We are excited to announce that the conference will be held in-person and will deliver plenty of opportunities for engagement and interaction in line with Covid-19 guidance. Digital participation is also available for those who prefer or need to participate from home.

We will be announcing the programme of speakers over the coming weeks, so stay tuned to find out more about what is in store.

Participants who require payment by invoice can order their tickets on Eventbrite and select Invoice in the payment section. A member of the team will then contact you to follow this up.

We are delighted to announce that our Gold sponsor for this year’s conference is Auction House Scotland. Our Silver sponsors are Finders International, Homes for Good, and Fraser and Fraser

Further sponsorship opportunities are available and interested organisations can contact Paul Stewart for further information.

The Auction House Scotland 11th Scottish Empty Homes Awards Ceremony will also take place during the conference to recognise the hard work and achievements of those involved in transforming empty homes over the past year.

*The conference was rescheduled from the original date of Tuesday 1 February 2022 to increase the likelihood of in-person participation.
